Role Overview:

We're looking for passionate and result-driven Tele Sales Executives to connect with potential customers, understand their financial needs, and offer suitable personal loan products from our partner banks.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers for personal loans.
  • Explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into successful disbursements.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
  • 1+ year of experience in telesales or financial services.
  • Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi/English (regional languages a plus).

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 + Unlimited Incentives
