*Job Profile: HR Executive**

**Role Overview:**

We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Business Administration or a related field, with practical experience in HR or administrative roles. This position is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations of facility management and HR functions, contributing to a productive and compliant work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. **Housekeeping and Facility Operations:**

  2. Oversee daily housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and safe workplace.

  3. Coordinate with facility management to ensure all operational needs are met.

  4. **Petty Cash Management:**

  5. Handle and maintain records of petty cash transactions.

  6. Ensure all expenditures are documented and within budgetary constraints.

  7. **Canteen Services Coordination:**

  8. Liaise with canteen service providers to ensure quality and timely service.

  9. Address and resolve any issues related to canteen operations.

  10. **HR Documentation and Record Keeping:**

  11. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  12. Assist in the preparation and management of HR documents and reports.

  13. **Transport and Vehicle Data Management:**

  14. Oversee the management of company transport and vehicle data.

  15. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  16. **Policy Compliance:**

  17. Ensure all HR and facility management activities comply with company policies and regulations.

  18. Stay updated with HR best practices and legal requirements.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field.

  • Proven experience in HR or administrative functions.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
