Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.

  • Use job boards, social media platforms, and our internal database to identify and connect with potential candidate

  • Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.

  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information in our applicant tracking system.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for recruitment strategies and campaigns.

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Busin

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience using social media platforms for profess

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

  • Location: Must be based in Bangalore for potential on-ground activities and local coordination.

  • Equipment: Must have a personal laptop and reliable internet connection for remote work.
