The Team

Our PI team provides Business Transformation and Performance Improvement Services to Corporates, Investors, and their portfolio companies, delivering –

• Performance improvement via cost reduction and revenue growth programmes
• Large, complex organizational restructuring and business transformation
• Rapid Results Program, which helps to quickly and effectively assess business process management risks and identify key areas impeding performance

How you will contribute

1.Supply Chain Strategy – Target operating model, maturity assessment, process transformation (Forecast to Plan, Schedule to Produce, Maintain to Optimize, Store to Fulfil, or Idea to Commercialization)

2.Supply Chain Analytics – Ability to build support client's deliverable by leveraging supply chain analytics. The candidate should have an understanding of supply chain core areas and ability to build models like SKU rationalization,cost-to-serve model, centre-of-gravity, RCCP, customer segmentation, spend cube, OTIF, Control Tower, Digital Twin, etc.

3. Supply Chain Planning – The candidate should understand the supply chain planning process including demand planning, supply planning (Inventory, procurement, & logistics)

4. Supply Chain Optimization – Should be experienced in building and implementing solutions like inventory optimization, cost optimization, network optimization, warehouse operations optimization, etc.

1. Experience / Certification in Alteryx, Power BI, python, Linear programming platforms, etc. would be an added advantage.

Qualifications

• MBA/Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics and who have consulting experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to simultaneously work on several projects and effectively manage deadlines
• High motivation to learn and grow
• Detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills to excel in a deadline-driven environment
