Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to parents from provided enquiry and lead databases.
  • Follow up with parents who have shown interest in IINSIGHT's coaching programs.
  • Brief parents about available courses and fix appointments for counselling sessions.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to parent enquiries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and appointments in the system.
  • Coordinate with the counselling and business development team for scheduled meetings.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain a polite, respectful, and professional tone in all conversations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7, ₹10,000.00 per month
