We are a newly established travel company focused on tours, travels, and study abroad programs. As a startup, we're building our operations from the ground up and are looking for someone who is not only experienced in the travel industry but also highly skilled in project management tools like Asana to keep our workflows structured and efficient.

Who We're Looking For

An organized, motivated individual who can balance hands-on travel consulting with operational coordination. The ideal candidate has experience in the travel industry (IATA or GDS knowledge is a strong plus) and is comfortable using Asana (or similar project management tools) to track, assign, and deliver tasks.

As we build our operations, we need someone who is highly organized and skilled in using Asana (or a similar project management tool). This is the most important part of the role. Travel industry experience is appreciated but not mandatory. if you're a fast learner, we can train you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use Asana to organize daily workflows, assign tasks, track deadlines, and ensure projects move smoothly
  • Coordinate with students, parents, and institutions for study abroad inquiries and processes
  • Manage travel bookings, visa support, and documentation (training will be provided if needed)
  • Keep records of leads, bookings, and client interactions organized and up to date
  • Support planning of tours, educational programs, and group travel

What We're Looking For

  • Proven ability to use Asana (or similar project management tools) is a must, please explain how you've used it to organize your work
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Prior travel/tour/study abroad experience is a plus, but willingness to learn quickly is equally valued
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently in a startup environment
  • We value clear thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to follow instructions more than degrees or certificates
