We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning and booking their dream vacations, provide expert advice on destinations, and deliver a premium customer experience from inquiry to post-travel support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
  • Provide detailed information on destinations, itineraries, accommodations, and pricing.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally.
  • Customize packages according to client needs and budget.
  • Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, transfers, and tours.
  • Follow up with clients before, during, and after travel for feedback and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest travel trends, deals, and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in travel consultancy, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations (domestic and international).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with travel booking tools.
