Qualifications

  • Diploma, Bachelor's, or Postgraduate degree.
  • 0–1 years of relevant experience in the hospitality or travel domain (freshers are welcome).
  • Excellent communication skills with professional fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of daily inbound calls (around 50 per day) with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Deliver exceptional service by listening attentively and identifying customer needs.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our holiday homes and services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions and timely follow-ups.
  • Handle service inquiries and complaints effectively, providing appropriate resolutions within set timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear, open, and engaging communication.
  • Work collaboratively with the team, demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in every interaction and transaction.
