Job Description:

We are hiring talented professionals for our International Voice Outbound Sales team. This role offers an opportunity to work with global clients, develop sales expertise, and grow in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls for any international voice process
  • Identify customer needs & offer tailored solutions
  • Handle objections, close sales, and achieve revenue targets
  • Maintain strong client relationships and follow-ups
  • Utilize data & leads to improve sales conversions
  • Meet/exceed daily and monthly KPIs

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Any graduate,
  • Experience: 15 years in sales (International Voice preferred)
  • Excellent verbal & written communication in English
  • Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working in night shifts with flexible offs
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
