Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic fresh graduates who are passionate about starting a career in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, enhancing your communication, sourcing, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and identify potential candidates through job portals, databases, and social media.
  • Engage with candidates through effective verbal and written communication.
  • Assist in the recruitment life cycle and support hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain professional candidate pipelines.
  • Participate in training programs to gain expertise in recruitment.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Fresh graduates from B.Sc., B.Com, BBA, MBA (HR Specialization), B.Tech stream
