About the Job: Understand the deal contours and structuring the deal basis the investor and client requirementsPreparation of Term sheets, Cash Flows, Liasing with Lawyers for definitive DocumentationUnderstanding the law and regulations with respect to Yubi product offerings to facilitate the negotiations on complex legal documents.Coordinating with multiple counterparties such as Issuer, Investors, Trustee, Law Firm, Rating Agency, Stock exchange, Depository, RTA, Auditor etc. to facilitate the execution process.Addressing queries with regards to cash flows or Bond/PTC details to investors and/or IssuersHelping Sales/Ops team with specific Bond/PTC related inputs, cash flows if needed Requirements Required skillsCA or MBA7 -10 years of experience in financial servicesStrong understanding of debt capital marketsWell versed with MS ExcelHave demonstrated resilienceExcellent communication and presentation skillsHave impeccable integrity and work ethics Possess a good eye for detail and ability to work effectively under pressureDemonstrate high level of analytical skills Benefits We are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
