Required Skills

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi).

4. Good knowledge of cold calling techniques and lead conversion from platforms like IndiaMART and LinkedIn.

5. Ability to prepare quotations, sales orders, and handle payment follow-ups with clients.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

7. Knowledge of email applications (Gmail or Outlook): composing, attaching files, replying, and forwarding.

8. Capability to coordinate with the Sales Coordinator and Sales Head to ensure smooth execution of sales deliverables.

9. Negotiation and presentation skills with a professional demeanour and positive attitude.

10. Discipline in maintaining sales trackers and lead follow-up logs accurately.

Working Hours - Working hours will range between 9 to 10 hours per day. The candidate must be flexible to support organizational requirements.

Responsibilities

· Generate new leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, and IndiaMART platforms.

· Conduct first-level interaction with potential clients to qualify and understand requirements.

· Coordinate with Sales Head to schedule client meetings for further negotiations and closings.

· Prepare and send quotations as per company pricing policy.

· Follow up on submitted proposals and assist in order finalization.

· Maintain records of leads, quotations, confirmed sales, and lost business.

· Track and follow up on payments for all closed orders as per agreed terms.

· Ensure that all client communication is handled professionally via email and phone.

· Coordinate with dispatch and accounts teams for timely delivery and documentation.

· Provide weekly reports to Sales Head on BIP (Booking In Process), Confirmed and Lost business.

· Undertake market research and competitor analysis to support strategic sales decisions.

· Participate in occasional client visits or site inspections (approx. 4–5 days per month).
