Job Title: Order Processing & Dispatch Executive

Location: Kahler, Thane

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Order Processing & Dispatch Executive to manage daily shipping, order fulfilment, return handling, and safety claim processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate dispatches, maintaining SOP compliance, and supporting home service demo initiatives across key metro cities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Label Printing & Scanning

  • Print shipping labels for dispatches from the Bangalore warehouse.
  • Accurately scan all parcels before dispatch to ensure proper tracking and order management.

2. Order Processing & SOP Compliance

  • Process customer orders as per defined SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of return orders and safety claims.
  • Maintain comprehensive records related to returns and order status.

3. Home Service Demo Card Insertion

  • Insert home demo cards into Yume and Duo machines for home service orders in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Delhi.
  • Do not insert demo cards in Mini machines (only service part covered).
  • Ensure cards are correctly placed before dispatch to maintain customer experience standards.

4. Returns & Safety Claims

  • Handle and process return orders in the Order Management System (OMS) in line with SOPs.
  • Capture and send safety claim images daily without fail.
  • Update the Return Sheet on the same day of receiving returns.

Key Requirements:

  • High attention to detail, especially in scanning, packing, and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of order processing and logistics workflows.
  • Ability to follow SOPs and company protocols without deviations.
  • Basic knowledge of OMS or similar order tracking systems.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or warehouse operations is a plus.

Preferred Qualification:

Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Operations, or a related field.

Experience:

1–3 years in a logistics/dispatch/order processing role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,644.14 per month
