Digital Manager - Client Servicing
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Digital Manager Client Servicing to lead the management and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns. The role involves strategic planning, client relationship management, and coordination with internal teams to deliver innovative, results-driven digital solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital media, campaign management, and brand strategy within a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives, brand positioning, and communication goals.
Plan, manage, and execute 360 digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including social media, performance marketing, content marketing, and influencer collaborations.
Online Reputation Management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including creative, strategy, media, and production teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on schedule and within budget.
- Develop comprehensive campaign proposals, strategies, and budgets aligned with client expectations and agency standards.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by ensuring consistent service quality and proactive communication.
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and client engagement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Education : Masters/ Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 6- 10 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, client servicing, or account management within an agency environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Linkedin Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM/project management software(Loco Buzz,Meltwater,Semrush)
Professional Competencies:
Strong understanding of digital media, content strategy, and performance marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively.
- Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving capabilities.
- High level of organization, accountability, and attention to detail.
