You'll break new ground by:

• Continue development and enhancement of the Business Logic Layer (BLL) within GIL
• Design and implement AI-driven data integration solutions to improve automation, decision-making, and data flow efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between global systems and services
• Leverage Microsoft Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps Standard, Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, etc.) to build robust integration pipelines
• Focus on performance and monitoring solutions for consuming applications and customers
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of integration services
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint goals and planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Support onboarding and knowledge transfer within the team, including documentation and mentoring

You're excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dataverse administration, customization, development, and usage.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate and other M365 tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in ITIL process definition and implementation.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum team.
• Strong understanding of M365 tooling architecture.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dataverse administration, customization, development, and usage.
• Power Automate and applying Microsoft's best practices and methodologies.
• Back-end and front-end development languages such as Microsoft .NET development (C#), and JavaScript.
• Developing plugins and custom workflows utilizing the above technologies.
• DevOps tools (minimum a source control system).
• Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Developing PCF controls.
• Field Service Module.
• General knowledge in agile IT, e.g., SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or SCRUM methodology.
