Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Microsoft Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise tools. You'll play a key role in supporting users, optimizing systems, and driving digital transformation through Microsoft solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level support for Microsoft products including Windows, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Microsoft environments across desktop and cloud platforms.
  • Assist in the deployment and management of Microsoft Azure services.
  • Train and guide users on best practices and new features within Microsoft tools.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement Microsoft-based solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure security compliance within Microsoft ecosystems.
  • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft releases, updates, and licensing changes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Microsoft technologies (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
  • Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell) for automation.
