You'll break new ground by:

  • As an IT Solution Expert, you will own and manage the Central Credit Management Service across its lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence and readiness for new releases. You will collaborate with global stakeholders and operational teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions that support Siemens' financial processes.
  • Own the Central Credit Management Service across its lifecycle.
  • Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and changes in collaboration with support teams.
  • Ensure operational readiness for new releases.
  • Validate that the service can be supported operationally (monitoring, SLAs, documentation).
  • Create documentation for system configuration and processes.
  • Perform GAP analysis between Template Credit Management Solution and business specific legacy environment and create functional specifications.
  • Create Database SQL queries to ensure business specific legacy financial data is made available.
  • Analyze and determine required interfaces between business specific legacy environment and new template systems incl. Middleware requirements (e.g. BTP, Advanced Event Mesh, AIF, PI).
  • Conduct system testing and coordinating with business specific legacy environment End-to-End testing and defect correction during user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Create documentation for system configuration and processes.

You're excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

  • Knowledge of SAP FSCM Credit Management module at Central Finance and SAP Business Partner Concept.
  • Experience with service transition and operational readiness.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge in SQL.
