Pay Point India, the company established in 2006 has now 120+ service providers and a retail network of retailers offering consumers a quick and easy, single stop access to financial services such as AEPS & remittance/money transfer and a wide array of fast-moving consumer service, like Utility bill payments, DTH/mobile recharges, Travel booking, Pan card services, Insurance etc.

Role & Responsibilities

Develop and manage PPI products and services, including digital wallets, prepaid cards, and other payment instruments.

Define and manage technical requirements for PPI products and services, working closely with IT teams and stakeholders.

Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business needs and customer feedback.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including business teams, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure successful product delivery.

Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies and post-launch evaluation.

Knowledge of financial inclusion principles and practices, including solutions for underserved populations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in PPI, fintech, or a related field, with knowledge of payment instruments and digital payment systems.
  • Strong product management skills, with ability to develop and manage products from concept to launch.
  • Strong technical knowledge of payment systems, including digital wallets, prepaid cards, and payment processing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to collaborate with business teams, IT teams, and external partners. Strong technical knowledge of payment systems, including digital wallets, prepaid cards, and payment processing.
