Full-time, In-office (6 days/week, weekends working)

What This Role Is All About

You will be the face of NUUK -
bringing our products to life through 1:1 live demos

, creating a warm, consultative experience for potential customers, and
paving the path for NUUK's offline expansion

via Experience Boutiques (EBOs).

This role is initially all about setting up a  successful live demonstration studio as a
live demo specialist

, - however this will evolve into a
retail experience role linked with our

EBO store launch team and store management.

What You'll Do Live & Virtual Product Demos

  • Host warm, informative, and engaging 1:1 demos via video from the NUUK demo zone in the Gurgaon office.

  • Guide customers through products, answer queries, and drive conversions with empathy

  • Track performance and optimize demo flows, scripts, and customer outcomes

Product & Customer Expertise

  • Master all product features, specs, and use-cases
  • Capture real-time customer feedback to inform product, design, and brand decisions
  • Become the internal voice of our consumer

Retail Strategy & EBO Readiness (this is the future growth path for the role)

  • Collaborate with brand and ops to conceptualize and prepare for NUUK's physical retail presence
  • Support planning of layouts, events, product displays, and team culture for future NUUK stores
  • Shadow, benchmark, and build processes from high-touch premium retail formats (like Dyson, Apple, etc.)

Brand Experience + Content Input

  • Share insights with the content team to shape reels, FAQs, manuals, and demos
  • Occasionally assist in creating Instagram explainers, reels, and story-led content
  • Help conceptualize and execute small-scale offline events, group demos, and webinars

Future Growth Path

This role has a clear pathway to:

  • Lead and manage NUUK's own EBO (Exclusive Brand Outlets)
  • Build and train demo and retail teams from scratch
  • Own the customer journey across physical and digital spaces
  • Scale experiential events, store formats, and in-store storytelling for NUUK

Who You Are

  • 2–5 years in customer-facing roles (D2C brands, live demo teams, retail experiences, or high-touch customer support)
  • Strong on video presence; clear, confident communicator
  • Naturally warm, great with people, solution-focused
  • Curious about design, tech, and how products integrate into daily life
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
  • Bonus: experience in retail operations, planning store events, or working in an omnichannel brand
