Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Sales Associate located in Gurugram. The Brand Sales Associate will be responsible for building relationships with potential and existing brand partners, driving sales growth, and developing sales strategies. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, presenting sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

- Sales and Business Development skills
- Market Research and Analytical skills
- Relationship Management and Client Engagement skills
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the influencer marketing or digital media industry is a plus
