Salesforce Developer

Responsible for conducting data analysis to extract actionable insights, exploring datasets to uncover patterns and anomalies, analyzing historical data for trend identification and forecasting, investigating data discrepancies, providing user training and support on data analysis tools, communicating findings through compelling visualizations, supporting data projects, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Core Skills & Requirements

• Apex Development: Deep expertise in writing scalable and efficient Apex code.
• Lightning Web Components (LWC): Strong experience in LWC development for modern, responsive UI.
• Salesforce Flows & Process Automation: Ability to build complex Flow-based automation.
• Integration Experience: REST & SOAP API, Salesforce Connect, External Data Sources.
• Data Modeling & SOQL Optimization: Efficient querying and database design.
• Security & Performance Best Practices: Governance limits, data security, and scalability.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins for streamlined deployments.
• Testing & Debugging: Strong knowledge of unit testing, Test Classes, and Governor Limits.

Recommended Certifications

• Must-have:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I

• Administrator, certified advanced administrator, certified developer, certified advanced developer, certified platform app builder, or certified sales cloud consultant

• Nice-to-have:

• Salesforce Platform Developer II

• JavaScript Developer I (for advanced LWC)
• Salesforce Application Architect (for senior-level)

What We Are Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar discipline. Master's degree or PhD preferred.

Relevant work experience as in data analysis based on the following number of years:

Standard I: Two (2) years

Standard II: Three (3) years

Senior I: Four (4) years

Senior II: Five (5) years
