Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesforce QA Engineer/Analyst based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Salesforce QA Engineer/Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications. The day-to-day tasks include developing and executing test plans, analyzing test results, reporting defects, collaborating with the development team to resolve issues, and ensuring that the final product meets the required standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce QA processes including developing and executing test plans and analyzing test results
  • Proficiency in automation testing tools and manual testing techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and track defects
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with the development team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or equivalent are a plus
  • Experience in the technology or software development industry is preferred
