About the Role
  • As a member of the Business Technology Quality team, the Quality Assurance Engineer - Salesforce will be responsible for testing applications and integrations with internal and external facing systems.
  • The candidate will be responsible for hands-on testing and will need to partner effectively with other teams in Information Systems and key business partners for our Go-To-Market function.
  • A team player, collaboration-oriented, mindset is essential.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or business analysis working in automated and manual testing techniques/approaches.
  • 5+ years of experience with and portal
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile and Test-Driven Development.
  • 2+ years in Software Quality Engineering, Test Automation or Development.
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Commerce
Other Qualifications
  • Experience with Selenium Web Driver and/or Provar
  • Experience with end to end testing - Testing Planning, Test Execution, UAT, Regression
  • Experience writing test plans, scripts and cases with experience in both manual and automated scripting environments
  • Analytical skills in assessing user, functional and technical requirements, as well as working understanding of functional testing
  • Ability to coordinate and work in an onsite-offshore model
  • Support and participate in providing value added feedback to the QA team, including improving QA processes, procedures and standard
