Role Overview

The Supply Chain Executive will play a key role in managing the end-to-end supply chain process — from procurement and logistics coordination to inventory management and vendor communication. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn the dynamics of an environmentally conscious supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee procurement, import, and logistics operations.
  • Liaise with suppliers, shipping agents, and distributors for timely delivery of goods.
  • Maintain inventory records, track stock levels, and plan reorders.
  • Support documentation for imports, including invoices, shipping, and customs clearance.
  • Monitor warehouse operations and ensure accuracy in dispatch and receipts.
  • Collaborate with the sales and accounts teams for demand planning and order fulfillment.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and environmental standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Commerce / Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong learning capacity are also encouraged to apply).
  • Basic understanding of import/export documentation and supply chain workflow.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive mindset with willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
