We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Manager to oversee the complete warehouse and logistics operations for our agro/export consolidation centre located in South India. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of agri supply chains, including handling perishable goods, domestic distribution, and export logistics. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless movement of agricultural produce from farm to local markets and export hubs, maintaining quality, compliance, and cost-efficiency.

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, grading, sorting, storage, and dispatch of agricultural produce (perishables and non-perishables).
  • Plan and coordinate local logistics and export shipments (air/sea freight) in coordination with freight forwarders and customs agents.
  • Ensure compliance with export documentation and agri-export regulations (e.g., APEDA, FSSAI, DGFT).
  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems using WMS and ERP tools.
  • Develop SOPs for quality checks, packaging, cold chain handling, and hygiene.
  • Liaise with farmers, suppliers, logistics providers, and export partners to ensure smooth coordination across the supply chain.
  • Handle regulatory inspections, audits, and certifications required for export.
  • Monitor supply chain KPIs, track performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor warehouse staff, logistics teams, and support personnel.
  • Optimize transportation costs, storage efficiency, and reduce transit losses/wastage.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines and on-time delivery of goods to ports or buyers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21, ₹58,157.56 per month
