About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP)/ Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to collaborate closely with business to drive the people agenda aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, combining strong business acumen with human resource expertise to enable workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership

  • Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities and design HR strategies, policies and framework to achieve them.
  • Design and implement talent management programs across organisations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Talent Management & Development

  • Support succession planning, talent review, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to design and deliver capability-building programs.
  • Drive career development and internal mobility strategies.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Champion employee engagement and implement strategies to strengthen workplace culture.
  • Partner with managers to promote diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
  • Develop action plans based on periodic engagement surveys feedback.

Performance & Rewards

  • Partner with business to ensure effective goal setting, performance management, and reward programs.
  • Support compensation benchmarking and ensure fairness and equity across levels.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to labour laws, policies, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with HR shared services and canter of excellence (COEs) to deliver seamless HR support..
