Contract Duration: 12 months (Maternity Cover)

Role Overview:

This is a contractual role for 12 months to provide maternity cover within the Finance & Accounts function. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, including vendor management, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and support for compliance activities. The role requires accuracy, timeliness, and strong coordination with internal teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices, ensure timely booking, and perform reconciliations.
  • Manage bank payments and carry out regular bank reconciliations.
  • Handle accounting for insurance and prepaid expenses.
  • Raise PRs/POs in the ERP system and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Assist with basic TDS and GST-related activities.
  • Liaise with internal teams and vendors for clarifications and approvals.
  • Maintain accounting records and support monthly financial closing activities.
  • Utilize Excel, Word, and Outlook effectively for reporting and communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting operations.
  • Working knowledge of TDS and GST.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Note: This is a full-time contractual role for a fixed period of 12 months to cover maternity leave.
