About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support our finance operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and hands-on experience of 1–2 years.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP

Handle sales, purchase, expenses & bank transactions

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Prepare GST workings and TDS calculations

Generate invoices and maintain proper documentation

Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger reconciliation

Assist in payroll preparation and monthly closing

Prepare MIS and financial reports

Maintain petty cash and cash book

Support internal and external audit requirements

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Experience with Tally ERP or other accounting software

Understanding of GST & TDS

Good MS Excel skills

Ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines

Good communication and organizational skills
