We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to manage Pre-Policy Medical Checkup (PPMC) operations at ACKO. The role involves coordinating with labs, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), and customers to ensure smooth execution of medical tests. As a key member of the Operations / Health Checkups team, the ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, be comfortable with numbers, and demonstrate readiness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

The Operations Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our Pre-Policy Medical Checkup operations, working closely with various stakeholders to coordinate medical tests, track test status, and identify process improvements. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality, this role requires a motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; a graduate degree is preferred.

  • Relevant work experience is preferred.

Skills & Qualification
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. This skill will help in identifying trends, coverage gaps, and process improvements.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for interacting with multiple stakeholders, including labs, TPAs, and customers. These skills will ensure seamless execution of medical tests and excellent customer experience.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other data tools to track, monitor, and analyze data, ensuring accurate and efficient data analysis to drive business decisions. This skill will help in creating, maintaining and tracking reports, dashboards and trackers for management visibility.

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage escalations, and deliver within deadlines. This skill will ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance standards.

  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. This skill will help in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Collaborative and proactive approach to working with internal and external stakeholders. This skill will foster a collaborative and proactive work environment.

  • Ability to take ownership of additional responsibilities and projects as assigned. This skill will demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with labs, TPAs, and customers to schedule and complete PPMC tests within defined timelines, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experience. This role will require regular communication with the team and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of medical tests.

  • Track, monitor, and follow up on test status, escalations, and pending cases to ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance standards. This role will require timely and accurate updates to management on test status, escalations, and pending cases.

  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, coverage gaps, and process improvements, providing actionable insights to management. This role will require regular data analysis to identify trends and coverage gaps.
