Sales Executives
to join our growing team and help expand our market presence.
Role Description:
Sales & Customer Acquisition:
Promote and sell Aryas EVCO's range of electric three-wheelers to retail customers, fleet operators, and dealerships.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
Identify potential clients through field visits, cold calls, and referrals. Maintain regular follow-up to convert leads into sales.
Product Demonstration:
Provide test rides and educate customers on product features, benefits, and cost savings of switching to electric vehicles.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong post-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, test drives, and sales using CRM tools or reporting formats provided.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
- Ability to understand and convey product knowledge effectively
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience in the industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
