Job Summary: Sujal Corporation Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineer to oversee and manage ongoing construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site supervision, project planning, and ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Monitor material usage and labor performance at the site.
  • Handle on-site problem-solving and technical issues effectively.
  • Report project progress and challenges to management on a regular basis.
  • Required Qualifications: Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in site or project management.
  • Age: Between 25 to 50 years.
  • License: Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler Driving License.
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (preferred).

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications) Employment Type: Full-Time
