Job Summary:
The Civil Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling civil engineering products, solutions, and services to clients, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the successful completion of sales projects in the civil engineering sector. The individual will act as a technical advisor to customers and collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and generate leads in the civil engineering sector (construction, infrastructure, etc.).
- Meet sales targets and objectives by converting leads into customers.
- Promote and sell products and services, such as construction materials, equipment, or software solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration.
- **Technical Support & Consultation**:

- Provide technical support to clients, advising on the selection and use of products.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that solutions meet the technical requirements of customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- **Project Management & Coordination**:

- Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure smooth delivery and installation of products.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, project proposals, and technical documentation.
- Monitor the progress of projects and ensure timely completion.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry developments, new technologies, and regulatory changes.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the civil engineering or construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Working Conditions:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
