Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual (French and English) IT Recruiter to join our Canadian Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top IT and technology talent across Canada. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for both English- and French-speaking markets, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and compliance with Canadian employment practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical roles across Canada from intake meetings and job postings to candidate selection and offer management.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, define job requirements, and create effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct bilingual interviews (French and English) to assess both technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of IT professionals (developers, network engineers, data analysts, cybersecurity specialists, etc.) for current and future openings.
  • Partner with internal HR and business teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Promote the company employer brand and value proposition within the Canadian IT market.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and analytics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure recruitment practices align with Canadian employment standards, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0-2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within IT or technology sectors in Canada.
  • Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit across diverse regions of Canada, including Quebec, Ontario, and Western Canada.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology (software development, infrastructure, cloud, security, etc.).
  • Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, and job aggregators.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience recruiting for Canadian bilingual roles (Quebec and national-level positions).

Familiarity with Canadian employment and language laws related to recruitment.

Knowledge of employer branding and talent market trends within the Canadian tech industry.
