About Webkik

Webkik is a fast-growing digital marketing and development agency working with brands across India in sectors such as e-commerce, health, interiors, certifications, and retail.

We specialise in marketing, branding, performance ads, website development, mobile apps, and automation solutions

To scale our technology offerings, we are looking for a
Technical Co-Founder
to lead and build our complete development division.

Why This Role Exists

We are expanding our solutions across multiple verticals:

  • Website Development (WordPress, Shopify, Custom)
  • Mobile App Development
  • AI Tools & Automation
  • CRM Integrations (Zoho, LeadSquared, Airtable, WhatsApp APIs)
  • SaaS and in-house product development

You will
own the technical side
, while the founder manages:

  • Marketing
  • Sales
  • Client onboarding
  • Strategic partnerships
  • Business expansion

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • Build and manage the development team (in-house + freelancers).
  • Oversee all web, app, CRM, and AI projects.
  • Set up SOPs, workflows, and development systems.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Project Management

  • Create timelines and allocate tasks to the team.
  • Set up project tracking tools (ClickUp / Notion / Jira).
  • Conduct weekly reviews, QA checks, and progress audits.
  • Maintain a strong reporting structure.

Technology Development

  • Develop websites, mobile apps, automation systems, and dashboards.
  • Build proprietary digital products and internal tools.
  • Implement AI automation such as chatbots, workflow automations, and integrations.

Strategic Growth

  • Ideate and build tech-based products Webkik can monetise.
  • Introduce automation to reduce operational dependency.
  • Improve delivery quality while optimising costs.

Co-Founder Mindset

  • Think long-term, take ownership, and drive innovation.
  • Participate in shaping Webkik's future products and revenue streams.
  • Work like a partner, not an employee.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in
    Web Development
    (CMS based like WordPress, Shopify, Custom — React, ).
  • Experience in
    Mobile App Development
    (Flutter or React Native).
  • Good knowledge of
    AI tools, APIs, automation platforms
    .
  • Understanding of
    CRM systems
    (Zoho preferred).
  • Team management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling.
