The Role
We're looking for a
Co-Founder / Sales Leader
— someone who can own the
go-to-market strategy
, lead
enterprise sales
, and
build the revenue engine
for Saverpe.
This is
not an employee position
— it's a
founding role
with true ownership.
You'll define the business model, build partnerships, and lead growth from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute Saverpe's
B2B sales strategy
across mid-to-large enterprise clients. - Build and manage a
strong, predictable sales pipeline
from outreach to closure. - Develop
strategic partnerships
with HR, Marketing, and Procurement heads in top organizations. - Drive
alliances and pilot programs
with agencies, fintech partners, and loyalty platforms. - Collaborate with
product and tech
to align feedback with GTM execution. - Recruit and mentor a
lean, high-performing sales team
as the business scales.
Ideal Profile
- 5+ years
of enterprise SaaS or B2B sales experience, ideally in
HRTech, Loyalty, Fintech, or Marketing Tech
. - Proven track record of
closing large B2B deals
and managing
CXO-level relationships
. - Deep
network across corporate HR, Marketing, or Partnership functions
. - Strong
strategic mindset
paired with
hands-on hustle
— can operate in ambiguity and move fast. - Prior
startup or early-stage
experience is a strong plus. - Builder's DNA: you're not just selling a product — you're
building a business.
Compensation
- Equity:
5%+ (based on experience, commitment, and ownership area) - Salary:
