Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - The Wheels 

Job Purpose 

Achieving targets in various assigned parameters. Oversee car finance business while maintaining compliance. Handle partners and agencies.

Duties and Responsibilities- Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agencies.
- Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
- Ensure legal guidelines are complied with during repossession of products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
- Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
- Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
- Case to case tracking.
- Resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.
- Portfolio management.
- Debt collection strategy.
- Target achievement.
- Regulatory compliance.
- Reporting and analysis.
- Risk management.
- Team leadership.
- Vendor management.
- Coordinating with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience- Proven experience in achieving collections targets through field visits to customers/agencies.
- Ability to monitor performance and deliver regular updates.
- Knowledge of legal guidelines relevant to product repossession.
- Experience maintaining accurate customer records and transaction logs.
- Strong reporting skills for collection activities and performance metrics.
- Experience handling escalations and resolving issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies for improved collection rates.
- Experience in case tracking and timely resolution as per AOP.
- Skills in portfolio management, debt collection strategy, and target achievement.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Experience in team leadership and vendor management.
- Excellent coordination skills with internal and external clients.
