Job Title: Spa Manager

Location: Coimbatore

Salary: Starting from ₹20,000 per month (varies based on experience)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Spa Manager to lead our spa operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage staff, clients, and day-to-day operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily spa operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Manage, train, and motivate spa staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Handle client queries, appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory of products and supplies, and coordinate with vendors
  • Maintain spa hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
  • Plan and implement promotional activities to boost sales and customer engagement
  • Track performance, prepare reports, and achieve monthly targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Spa Manager / Supervisor (or similar role)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of spa therapies, wellness, and beauty services preferred
  • Ability to manage budgets, targets, and scheduling effectively
  • Professional, well-groomed, and approachable personality
