Role- Content Writer Executive

Experience- 6 months to 2 years

Job Summary:

The Content writer will be responsible for developing engaging, high-quality, and platform-specific content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns. This role demands creativity, trend awareness, and a strong understanding of how to communicate brand stories that connect emotionally with audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Development & Ideation

  • Create original and engaging written, visual, and video content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Conceptualize ideas and campaigns based on brand goals and audience insights.
  • Write compelling captions, blog posts, video scripts, and creative lines aligned with the brand's tone and objectives.

2. Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and manage content calendars for pages.
  • Research and integrate trending topics, formats, and hashtags to enhance engagement.
  • Collaborate with the design and video team to ensure timely execution of posts.

3. Brand Storytelling

  • Develop impactful voice-over scripts and storytelling content for digital campaigns.
  • Write emotion-driven and culturally resonant copy that connects with target audiences.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all media platforms.

4. Collaboration & Research

  • Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and social media managers for creative production.
  • Research industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies to generate relevant ideas.
  • Support campaign performance reviews with content-related insights.

5. Other Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating short jingles, taglines, and politically or culturally relevant content (as per brand).
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative planning.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all assigned projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) as a content creator, copywriter, or similar role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English and Marathi/Hindi (if applicable).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and social media analytics.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, ChatGPT, and AI-based creative tools (e.g., Suno AI, Perplexity).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹40,000.00 per month
