Role & responsibilities

  • Make and receive calls to potential and existing clients.
  • Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups in Excel and CRM tools.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in all client interactions.
  • Manage tasks independently with accountability and minimize absenteeism.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Tamil; Hindi is a plus.
  • Based in Chennai and available for on-site work.
  • Flexible with working hours, including occasional Sundays.
  • Tech-friendly; comfortable using Excel, CRM, and digital tools.
  • 2+ years of telecalling experience, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
  • Responsive, productive, and committed to long-term employment.
  • Young professionals under 35, motivated to learn and adapt.
  • Capable of handling high client volume with accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
