Job Title: Senior Telecaller / Telecaller Specialist

Location: Chennai/Anna Nagar

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in tele-calling, lead generation, or a similar role. You will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls, nurturing leads, and closing sales over the phone. A strong command of communication and organizational skills is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to a targeted list of potential and existing clients.

* Engage in persuasive conversations to introduce and sell our products/services.

* Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.

* Follow up on leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

* Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities using MS Excel or a CRM tool.

* Provide regular reports on call metrics, lead status, and sales performance.

* Mentor and assist junior telecallers as needed.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in tele-calling, telesales, or a similar field.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

* Proficiency in MS Excel for data entry and reporting.

* Strong customer-service orientation and a professional phone etiquette.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

* Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience.
