We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and analysing marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels to drive engagement, lead generation, and conversion. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing programs powered by automation, analytics, and technology.

• Execute end-to-end campaign execution across paid, owned and earned channels, including email, website and digital channels.
• Manage and optimise marketing automation workflows to support lead generation and lead nurturing.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns, including setup, QA, deployment, and A/B and multivariate testing.
• Leverage data to evaluate, analyse and optimise campaigns across paid, earned and owned channels by tracking KPIs and identifying trends for future optimisation and improvements. Ability to recommend KPIs and measurement cross channels.
• Perform data segmentation to target the right audience and enhance customer journey experiences.
• Develop and conduct QA and Testing across campaigns to ensure flawless delivery and tracking of marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and internal and external partners (design, content, sales, and product) to align campaign objectives and drive consistent messaging.
• Utilize Marketing Technology (MarTech) tools to automate, personalize, and measure campaign performance.
• Provide actionable insights to improve engagement rates, conversion, and ROI across marketing channels.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or campaign operations.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, etc.).
• Strong understanding of email marketing, A/B testing, and campaign QA processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis, segmentation, and reporting using Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of MarTech tools and campaign performance measurement techniques.
• Proficiency in web analytics (GA4, Adobe), excel and SQL for analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an ability to work in cross-functional environments.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
