Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Gurugram

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing

  • Coordinate with third-party digital agencies for all digital marketing activities.
  • Share clear briefs and ensure timely delivery of creatives and campaign assets.
  • Review campaign deliverables and track key performance metrics.
  • Ensure digital campaigns meet performance goals and deadlines.

2. Field Marketing

  • Plan and execute on-ground activities: events, promotions, and outreach drives.
  • Support sales teams with field activations and lead generation initiatives.
  • Manage field marketing materials, local vendors, and execution logistics.

3. Customer Experience (CX)

  • Manage the complete customer journey—from lead stage to retention.
  • Work with customer support teams to gather feedback and identify gaps.
  • Improve communication touchpoints based on customer insights.
  • Execute CRM-driven engagement, loyalty, and retention campaigns.

4. GTM Execution

  • Assist in planning and implementing GTM strategies across Digital, Field, and CX.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams for cohesive execution.
  • Track campaign KPIs, analyze performance, and prepare regular reports.
  • Ensure integrated and consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, field marketing, or CX.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and performance metrics.
  • Strong multitasking and execution ability in a fast-paced environment.
