Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2–5 years of experience in sales or healthcare business development. The BDE will be responsible for onboarding patients for 2050 Healthcare's Homecare Services in Chennai, through direct outreach, partnerships, and referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and onboard patients for homecare services.
- Build and manage relationships with hospitals, doctors, and healthcare partners for patient referrals.
- Meet patients and families to explain service offerings and convert leads into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly onboarding and revenue targets.
- Maintain and update records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Coordinate with operations and clinical teams for smooth patient onboarding.
- Participate in healthcare camps, events, and promotional drives to build awareness.
- Share regular reports and market insights with management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales / business development (healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, or insurance preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Tamil (mandatory).
- Target-driven, patient-centric, and proactive approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
