We're looking for a Social Media Executive to join our team and make a real impact on our brand's online presence At Massive Impact we value innovation, collaboration, and growth, offering an environment where you'll work alongside experienced professionals to sharpen your skills and gain practical experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) with engaging content.

  • Brainstorm and contribute ideas for campaigns and social media strategies.

  • Monitor social media channels, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.

  • Track analytics on engagement, reach, and performance to help measure success and optimize content.

  • Assist in the creation of social media content, including graphics, captions, and stories.

  • Understand and incorporate our brand voice and style into all content.

  • Research social media trends and keep up with industry best practices.

  • Provide insights and suggestions for improving our social media presence.

Requirements:

  • Current enrollment in 3rd or 4th year of a college program (or a recent graduate), preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and interest in social media marketing.

  • Strong written communication and creative skills.

  • Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics) is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Prior experience in social media or digital marketing is a bonus but not required.

Hours & Benefits:

  • Mon to Sat 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

  • Work closely with experienced mentors and get hands-on experience in digital marketing.
