Role Overview

The
Franchise Sales Manager
will play a pivotal role in driving Pikpart's franchise expansion. The role involves
end-to-end franchise acquisition, team leadership, and business development support
, ensuring continuous growth of the Smart Garage network.

Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise Sales & Acquisition

  • Generate, qualify, and manage franchise leads through campaigns, references, and outreach.
  • Deliver compelling franchise presentations covering
    ROI, investment structure, and business benefits
    .
  • Drive negotiations, finalize agreements, and ensure closures within defined timelines.
  • Maintain an updated
    sales funnel on CRM
    and report progress regularly.

Team Handling & Management

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of franchise sales executives.
  • Assign daily/weekly targets, monitor progress, and ensure target achievement.
  • Conduct
    performance reviews, field visits, and sales support
    for team members.
  • Build and maintain a
    high-performance, result-driven sales culture
    .

Business Development Support

  • Provide management with regular updates on
    competitor activities and market trends
    .
  • Coordinate with marketing to execute
    regional promotional campaigns
    .
  • Ensure smooth
    handover of closed franchises
    to the operations team for onboarding.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
  • 4–6 years' experience
    in franchise sales, channel sales, or dealership acquisition (preferably automotive, retail, or service industry).
  • Proven track record in
    team leadership, sales closures, and revenue growth
    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in
    CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting
    .
