Copilot + Azure AI Developer

Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable and maintainable Hyperautomation solutions using industry best practices.
- Design and elaborate AI solutions and chatbots.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Solution Designers for effort estimation and scope definition.
- Ensure high-quality automation through rigorous testing in collaboration with QA teams.
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-production maintenance.
- Guide internal users in developing their own automation solutions.
- Review peer-developed solutions for compliance with security and design standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Monitor performance and ensure adherence to technical frameworks and SLAs.
- Stay updated with advancements in Blue Prism, Power Platform, and other automation technologies.
Technical Skills & Certifications
- 34 years of hands-on experience in Power Platform and Office 365 implementations.
Strong expertise in:
Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse
- Copilot Studio and Azure AI
- Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, Azure DevOps
- SQL, REST APIs, and integration with RPA tools
Experience in SaaS/PaaS environments.
Familiarity with Power Platform CoE and governance frameworks.
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer (PL-400) certification is a strong advantage.
- Agile/Scrum development experience.
Soft Skills
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities.
