Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable and maintainable Hyperautomation solutions using industry best practices.
  • Design and elaborate AI solutions and chatbots.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Solution Designers for effort estimation and scope definition.
  • Ensure high-quality automation through rigorous testing in collaboration with QA teams.
  • Support UAT, deployment, and post-production maintenance.
  • Guide internal users in developing their own automation solutions.
  • Review peer-developed solutions for compliance with security and design standards.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Monitor performance and ensure adherence to technical frameworks and SLAs.
  • Stay updated with advancements in Blue Prism, Power Platform, and other automation technologies.

Technical Skills & Certifications

  • 34 years of hands-on experience in Power Platform and Office 365 implementations.

  • Strong expertise in:

  • Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse

  • Copilot Studio and Azure AI
  • Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, Azure DevOps
  • SQL, REST APIs, and integration with RPA tools

  • Experience in SaaS/PaaS environments.

  • Familiarity with Power Platform CoE and governance frameworks.

  • Microsoft Power Platform Developer (PL-400) certification is a strong advantage.
  • Agile/Scrum development experience.
