We are currently seeking a Azure Copilot Studio Agent Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Copilot Development:
  • Design, develop, and deploy intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
  • Extend Copilot capabilities with custom plugins, function calling, and adaptive cards.
  • Integrate Copilot with Microsoft 365 apps, Graph API, and enterprise data sources.
• Programming & Scripting:
  • Develop backend logic and APIs using Python and/or C#.
  • Build and maintain custom connectors, Azure Functions, and RESTful services to support Copilot workflows.
  • Automate data processing and AI workflows using scripting and cloud-native tools.
• Platform Integration:
  • Work with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) for end-to-end automation.
  • Leverage Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, and Microsoft Graph for intelligent data access and processing.
• Collaboration & Architecture:
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to define solution architecture.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of deployed solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of experience in software development or enterprise automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents
  • Python and/or C#
  • Microsoft Graph API, Azure Functions, REST APIs
  • Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
  • Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, OAuth2, Azure AD
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-native development.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
• Microsoft Certified: AI Engineer Associate
