About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
CoPilot Studio + Azure AI Foundry Specialist
to join our Pune team. The role involves building, deploying, and managing AI-driven solutions while leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, CoPilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to deliver scalable and impactful AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize conversational AI solutions using Microsoft
    CoPilot Studio.
  • Build and manage AI models, pipelines, and services within
    Azure AI Foundry.
  • Leverage
    Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
    to integrate AI solutions into enterprise processes.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of deployed AI applications.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft AI & Power Platform advancements and recommend best practices.
  • Provide documentation, training, and technical support for AI solutions.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven project experience in
    Microsoft CoPilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
    .
  • Strong working knowledge of
    Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
    .
  • Hands-on experience in designing conversational bots and AI-driven workflows.
  • Proficiency with the Azure cloud ecosystem (Functions, Logic Apps, Data Services, etc.).
  • Understanding of NLP, LLMs, and AI/ML model integration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Azure Cognitive Services and Generative AI models.
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale AI adoption, governance, and deployment strategies.
  • Knowledge of data integration and security practices in cloud AI projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of total professional experience
    , including
    2–3 years dedicated to Power Platform and relevant project experience in CoPilot Studio & Azure AI Foundry.
