Position Overview
Are you ready to lead and shape the future of cutting-edge products in the Diligent ecosystem? As a Product Manager, you'll be at the helm of innovation, driving market-leading solutions that empower businesses to excel. You'll deeply understand our customers' needs, master the business domain, and align product evolution with corporate strategy—all while delivering exceptional user experiences.
In this role, you'll be a key player in developing relationships with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders. You will shape the product vision, collaborate on dependencies with other products, and continually gather feedback to refine your roadmap. We are Looking for PM to join us to shape the future of how our customers leverage, AI-powered reporting, visualisations, and data integrations to surface impactful insights across governance, risk, and compliance.
What You'll Do:
- Shape the Future: Own the entire product lifecycle—from concept to launch—and take pride in delivering game-changing solutions.
- Customer-Centric Vision: Be the voice of the customer, translating their needs into actionable insights that drive product innovation.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, and leaders across Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to bring ideas to life.
- Create Exceptional Experiences: Deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences across platforms (Mobile, Web, Desktop) for our target personas.
- Drive Business Impact: Define key success metrics, track performance, and measure outcomes to ensure our products not only meet expectations but exceed them.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor industry trends, perform competitor analysis, and continuously evolve our product roadmap to stay competitive.
- Prioritise with Precision: Manage a well-organised backlog of user stories, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of product management experience in data, integrations, analytics with AI-focussed capabilities
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in reporting or business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with data platforms, APIs, or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, QuickSight, Snowflake).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of writing technical and functional requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and actionable plans.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills to drive collaboration across multiple teams.
