Desired Qualifications:

  • CA Intermediate, CMA Intermediate, MBA / M. Com / B. Com, Technical:30 wpm, Typewriting (Mandatory)
  • Computer: (Basic Skills are mandatory).
  • SAP skills is an added advantage.

Job Objective:

  • Treasury Related Activities, Accounting & Finance.
  • Handling banking daily operations – 7 banks.
  • Handling BRS independently.
  • Handling Finance / Banking cost and tracking.
  • Getting quotes from all / min 3 Banks.
  • Onboarding / Offboarding authorised signatories.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Daily Funds Planning.
  • Mutual Funds Purchase/Redemptions.
  • Confirmation of Foreign Currency & Rupee Term Loans.
  • Calculation of Monthly Interest for Loans RTL & FCY for all banks.
  • Co-ordination with all Departments for:
  • BG Advance and Tracking.
  • BG related support to teams and vendors.
  • LC establishments & closure.
  • Lenders independent Engineer's Report.
  • Handling Banking Daily Operations - 5 Banks.
  • Handling BRS Daily, Monthly BRS Certificate independently.
  • Co- ordination with Bankers for Debit Advice, Checking debits inline with agreements.
  • Tax Invoices, FCY & RTL Loan Confirmation.
  • Handling Finance / Banking cost and tracking.
  • Getting Quotes from all / min 3 banks.
  • Onboarding / Offboarding authorised signatories.
  • Financial Covenants.
  • Ratio Workings.
  • Vendor Recos.
  • Debt GL Recos.
  • Qntrl Approvals.
  • Passing invoices & advance adjustment entries in SAP as per PO - daily basis.
  • Inputs to ICRA and D&B as required.
  • Co-ordination with SCM for timely receipt of PO, Agreement and approvals.
  • Co-ordination with project team for support and timely completion of projects.

Mandatory Skills:

Knowledge on accounting, Finance, SAP, Computer Skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook). Maintenance of various e-register like BG, LC, FCY & RE loans.

Desired Skills:

Opening of LC, BC with Banks. Knowledge of Debit Notes, Credit Notes, Forex, Credit Rating, Lending, Cash Flow Management, Accounting, Closing of GL & TB on time i.e., T+0/1 day, C o-ordination with internal & statutory auditors.
